The Sons of Action Pistol (SOAP) hosted their January USPSA match at the Sacramento Valley Shooting Center, located in Sloughhouse, CA. There were 98 registered shooters. I finished 5th in the carry optics division and 10th overall. There were five stages and a classifier. There were a variety of shooting divisions present at the match. The USPSA has seven divisions for competitive handgun shooting. Each division is defined by the type of gun and the modifications allowed.
