Training Objective: Transitions on the Move This session was about combining two skills that should first be developed independently: Transitions and shooting on the move. Then we blend them together. 1. TRANSITIONS — BUILD THE VISUAL SKILL FIRST A transition starts with the eyes—not the gun. Finish the current shooting problem, move the eyes decisively to the next visual anchor, and allow the gun to follow.
