Stop Supervising What You’ve Already Trained #2alphaperformance #practicalshooting #carryoptics
TRAINING MODALITY — TRUST One of the most important changes I’m beginning to recognize in performance is that trust creates capacity. When I don’t trust my training, my conscious mind tries to supervise everything: The grip. The gun. The movement. The transition. The trigger. The next position. Performance starts to feel rushed because I’m trying to consciously manage actions that should already belong to trained behavior. When I trust those behaviors, something changes. Attention becomes available for information. I see the target sooner. I see the dot sooner. I recognize completion
