Stop Chasing the Last Shot, Performance Happens NOW | 2 Alpha Performance.
The only shot I can influence is the one I’m firing right now. In practical shooting, it’s easy to leave the present moment. Miss a piece of steel. Overrun a position. Have a poor transition. Pick up a Charlie you didn’t expect. Suddenly the mind goes backward: What just happened? Or forward: I need to make up that time. Both take attention away from the only place where performance can actually occur: the current information window. That was the learning objective for this session.
