Agreement. By accessing or using this site in any way you agree to these Terms and to the Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the site.

What the site is. The site compiles publicly posted competition results, schedules, club information and media references, and derives statistics and rankings from them. It is provided for information only.

As is. The site and everything on it are provided "as is" and "as available", without warranty of any kind, express or implied, including accuracy, completeness, timeliness, merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement. Results, dates, member numbers, classifications and rankings may be wrong, incomplete or out of date. You rely on them at your own risk.

No liability. To the fullest extent permitted by law, the site, its operators and contributors are not liable for any damages of any kind arising from your use of or inability to use the site, including indirect, incidental, consequential, special and punitive damages, lost profits and lost data, even if advised of the possibility. Where liability cannot be excluded, it is limited to one dollar (US $1.00).

Your conduct. You may use the site for personal, non-commercial reference. You may not scrape, crawl, copy, mirror, frame or redistribute the site or its data in bulk, use automated tools against it, interfere with its operation, or use it to harass or defame anyone. The operators may block, limit or terminate access at any time for any reason.

Content and corrections. Underlying results belong to the match directors and bodies that posted them; everything else on the site, including its compilation, design, statistics and rankings, belongs to the operators. Requests to correct or remove a record are considered at the operators' sole discretion.

Third parties. Links and embedded services are provided for convenience. The operators are not responsible for third-party sites, services or content.

Indemnity. You will indemnify and hold the operators harmless from any claim arising out of your use of the site or breach of these Terms.

Changes. The operators may change the site, these Terms and the Privacy Policy at any time by posting the change. Continued use is acceptance.

Law and venue. These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to conflict-of-laws rules. Any dispute will be brought only in the state or federal courts located in Texas, and you consent to their jurisdiction. Any claim must be brought within one year of arising or is permanently barred.

Whole agreement. These Terms and the Privacy Policy are the entire agreement about the site. If any part is unenforceable, the rest remains in effect.
