“Your sights give you permission to pull the trigger. Your trigger gives you permission to move onto the next process in the queue.” Tom Castro We’ve been working on pressing the trigger and giving ourselves permission to move onto the next process in the queue. Tom explains it as there aren’t two shots on target and then move; instead, there’s one shot, followed by a second shot, and you move simultaneously. Once you see the lift, the bullet is gone, so give yourself permission to move on to the next process in the queue. It’s easier said than done, but it’s a game-changer. I compete in
