Mental Errors Caused By Extra Effort.. Ego Depletion or Cognitive Fatigue?#competitiveshooting
Mental Errors Caused By Extra Effort. Welcome to 2 Alpha Performance, where performance is built through purposeful practice. I compete in the United States Practical Shooting Association (USPSA) Carry Optics division and am currently ranked Master, working toward Grandmaster. My competition setup includes a Glock 34 with a Trijicon SRO, Double Alpha Lynx belt, Warrior Concealment holster, and Henning basepads with Gram followers, built for consistency, reliability, and speed. But gear doesn’t make the shooter, training does. At 2 Alpha Performance, the focus is simple: Purposeful reps.
