Question One- In a weak hand string, does "in lieu of" mean strong hand or freestyle? It seems C and D class shoot freestyle, where as B class or above shoot strong hand only. Answer -In a weak hand string, if any other style is used, be it strong hand or freestyle, it is a violation of this rule. Answer- Yes, when you have a multiple string stage that requires the use of the strong or weak hand
