| My name is Neil Keller and I am a candidate for director of Area 5. To give you a brief history of myself, I am 62 years young. My wife, of 40 years, and I live in Decatur, Ind. We have three children and seven grandchildren. I served our country in the U.S. Army, receiving an honorable discharge.
