| Shooting came to me at a very young age, and by the time I was nine I owned a .22 rifle and a shotgun. Throughout my years of growing up, I was an avid hunter and later on, a guide. I am now a farmer/rancher for a large corporation in the north central part of Texas. In 1987, I was introduced to USPSA/IPSC shooting at Graham, Texas, and fell in love with the sport. After shooting only a few matches, I joined the Graham Practical Pistol Club and was asked to go to RO school in Dallas. The pure excitement of going through RO school really made me take notice of what USPSA/IPSC is all about. Ov
