Concealed Carry 1:5 - Reloads
Chris Collins describes the primary difference between a speed reload and a tactical reload. A speed reload entails dropping a magazine and placing a fresh magazine into the SIRT training pistol. A tactical reload entails retaining the ejected mag, placing a new, fresh magazine into the firearm and placing the expelled mag on the shooter's person.
