The Balance Assessment Drill
This is an assessment of your emotional and physical control during shooting. The drill is set at a distance of 15yards from target and a 5 second par time. It’s shot in three strings. String 1: engage target with as many shots as you can control in 5 seconds. Score everything- 5pts for A’s, 3pts for C’s and 1pt for D’s. String 2: engage target with as many shots as can be scored-Alphas to score only. No other hits count for score. String 3: same as string 2, only score Alphas-however, any shot outside the Alpha, reduces and Alpha. Par time notes: .3 grace time. 5.3 sec counts as in. Any shot
