Have You Been To A National Park Lately? | Down Range TV

There are many people that haven’t been to a national park but are still “up in arms” about us being armed while tracking in the back country of this great land. I think that carrying a firearm in a national park is a good idea. When I was in the Federal Law Enforcement Training Center, one of our training courses was on “Gangs” and “Officer Survival”. Our national parks are known to the feds as hangouts for outlaws, bad guys, drug farmers, dealers, sociopaths and other less desirables with otherwise good outdoor skills. If the truth is told, everybody with a tent out there isn’t on vacation.
