Gunsmith work to slides

I want to build a 40 S&W that is a back up for my USPSA Limited gun, I would also like to be able to use this gun for IDPA. I am having a bald slide cut for a Bo-mar and fiber optic front sight. I want to the do the following to the slide 1. Flat top and serate the slide 2. Flute the side of the slide 3. Scallop cut a front and rear cocking areas into the slide.
