JARD Trigger
Full Version: JARD Trigger Based on one of Pat Kelley's spectacularly nice JARD triggers, I bought a JARD. Were JARD's ever a good trigger or did you just have to get lucky? The holes for the adjustment weren't tapped properly. The hole for the trigger pin is crooked, so the trigger assembly sits cockeyed in the receiver. The tolerances are crap. The thing is so marginal that there's only about 1/4 turn adjustment on the safety engagement screw to where you get a functional safety. The catch is - if your safety works - the sear gets mashed when the hammer comes back to reset. What the hell?! R
