A change in formula?

carinab Aug 25 2004, 02:30 PM I just got a new batch of Universal Clays and had to adjust the amount of powder I throw to do the same fps. The pistol and other components are all the same. But, I've gone from 4.05 grains to 4.3. I've had to adjust before between lots before but usually only .05 up or down. Just to make it clearer, I weigh 10 throws of powder (four separate times) to get an average. That also gets me the measurement in hundreths. And one other odd thing, one out of every 20 rounds has a 25 fps drop....I'm attributing that to the wsp primers (I have a few to u
