Multi gun/platform proficiency?

Steve Moneypenny Jun 30 2004, 08:28 AM I see "back to back" nationals where one person is to shoot a production or limited 10 gun then a limited or open gun a day later .. how do the pro's maintain peak proficiency with the gun. also i shoot a beretta 9mm but also really like the 45 and want to get 4 gun master. in IDPA. am i PI$$ ing in the wind or can i be proficient with both guns?
