Barrel holes

Full Version: Barrel holes I am currently using a full size, Dawson built Open blaster with the Dawson Awsome comp. I have read that adding holes to the barrel will practically eliminate muzzle flip. How true is this, and how many holes? I am not interested in changing to a hybricomp barrel, I want to stay with the STI that is already fitted. I realize the gun will get louder, but I would rather have noise that flip. I think Rob says something like "All guns flip.. you have to deal with it" on his website somewhere.
