There are a lot of instructors that do that drill at 15 yards and they really push trigger manipulation, I do it at seven yards with a six second par time. The kicker is, every time I do it successfully in that par time, I up it one round per magazine. My next run will be three-reload-three. If I do it successfully then its four-reload-four and so on, until I get to the point where I can't keep them all in the center
