Went in to the match not feeling sharp, so I emphasized being controlled and letting the gun settle and shoot for an alpha on every shot. Somewhat predictably, this resulted in accurate but relatively slow shooting, with my grip really slacking because I was trying to be careful with aiming. When I did try to go fast, I got some trigger freeze and generally sloppy points, all indicative of poor grip from not putting in the time in dry fire this year. Something to really work on in the next three weeks leading up to the Peach Classic in Georgia.
