| Signal Computing System Architecture™ (SCSA™) Dialogic® announced the SCSA initiative in March of 1993, with the support of seventy other computer telephony companies. The stated goal was to define an open, modular architecture for computer telephony that leverages standards that could apply and to evolve solutions to fill the gaps.
