NOTICE OF SPECIAL MEETING OF BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE UNITED STATES PRACTICAL SHOOTING ASSOCIATION/IPSC (a Delaware Non-Stock Corporation) Pursuant to Section 5.4 of the Bylaws of The United States Practical Shooting Association/IPSC (the “Corporation” or “USPSA”), we, the undersigned three directors of the Corporation, hereby call a special meeting of the Board of Directors of the Corporation.
