Proposed New Bylaw Revisions
Alex Acosta proposes new bylaw revision I would like to announce that the board will produce a new amended bylaw proposition by 7PM Eastern, May 12th. This amendment will: 1. Convert the President position to an unpaid Director at Large role, in alignment with the direction we've been working toward in our comprehensive bylaws update 2.
