USPSA Statement on Recent Lawsuit
We have been notified of a lawsuit filed against USPSA in Washington state. While it is our position to not comment publicly on matters that are in litigation, we want our members to know that we have been and remain in compliance with our Bylaws and with the Delaware law under which our organization operates.
