Announcement of Bylaws Change
The USPSA Board of Directors is considering an important amendment to our bylaws that could expand voting eligibility to more of our members. Our current voting eligibility bylaw, 6.3, requires continuous membership for a year prior to an election's cutoff date. We understand that certain circumstances may have caused temporary lapses in memberships, and we believe these members should not be excluded from the voting process. As such, we propose a change that allows a grace period of 60 days within the one-year membership continuity requirement. The new bylaw will read: 6.3 Eligibility to Vote
