Draft Bylaws Update
The comparison bylaw document (3-25-2021) has been added for review with the proposed draft bylaws. Members are encouraged to review the documents and make comments through the provided link. The Board of Directors will be reviewing all submitted comments on December 28th during the regular scheduled meeting. Updates to the proposed bylaws after comment review and Delaware Law review will be presented to the membership before the in person board meeting.
