Draft of the proposed USPSA Bylaws
The current draft of the proposed bylaws is now available for membership review and comment. The draft has been reviewed by USPSA's legal team, however it is still pending a review by a Delaware attorney. This is a proposed draft that is being released for membership comment over the next several weeks before the in person board meeting (January 15-16th, 2021). The comparison bylaw document (3-25-2021) has been added for review with the proposed draft bylaws. Members are encouraged to review the documents and make comments through the provided link.
