Dear USPSA Members: A special meeting of the USPSA Board of Directors was held on March 18, 2025, in response to a petition of verified Area 2 members to recall Area 2 Director Jon Birdt. The board considered the following: A presentation to the board of the Area 2 members’ petition to recall Area 2 Director Jon Birdt; A motion for the termination of the membership of Jon Birdt as a Member of USPSA pursuant to USPSA Bylaws (the “Motion to Terminate”); and A motion for the removal of Jon Birdt as a Director of the Corporation pursuant to Delaware law (8 Del.
