Steel Challenge Shooting Class

This 7 hour class combines classroom and live fire range time on the techniques towards making you a better competitor in Steel Challenge through a focus on fundamentals of body placement in the shooting box, shooting strategies and speed. This is a rare opportunity offered in Alaska to receive training from one of Steel Challenge's top shooters, Randall Miller. Randall is a grandmaster in multiple Steel Challenge divisions and world record holder in Steel Challenge. She is known as The Shooting Gigi and recognizable on the range by her pink colored firearms!

This class is open to beginners through advanced shooters. Each student will need to provide their own firearm compatible with Steel Challenge, at least 400 rounds of ammunition, eye and ear protection. We will take a 30 minute break for lunch around 1:30. Students that take this class will have the opportunity to shoot with Randall during the Alaska Steel Challenge Open Match which begins the day after this class.
