SCCC PCSL Sheepdog October 2026

Silver Creek Conservation Club PCSL Sheepdog Match

The spirit of the sheepdog match is to provide a variable, defensive, practical test of both shooting skill and acumen. Be watchful, stand firm in the faith, act like men, be strong (1 Corinthians 13).

This is not limited to any specific equipment/division or match format, but rather the ability to quickly and correctly make engagement decisions while on the course of fire. Our PCSL Sheepdog match focuses on Defensive/PCC divisions and dynamic target discernment. Iron sharpens iron, and one man sharpens another (Proverbs 27:17).

PCSL rules and divisions apply. With the following modifications

• Concealment is optional.
• Target selection is determined at the audible signal.
• Unloaded firearms may only be handled in Safe Zones, per SCCC rules
• Minimum steel distance is 10 yards, per SCCC rules.
• All divisions will have a 20 round maximum capacity.
