Once you have been approved an approval email is sent & this has the link to pay & squad. Keep a look out for this.

You have 3 days to pay online, once approved. If you do not pay by the end of day three, your registration will be withdrawn. If you cannot pay online, please notify me, before the end of day 3, to make other arrangements.

Shooter approval will start about 24 hours after the match opens up. There after, approval can take place in early mornings or late in the day.

If signed up as staff and approved as staff, still look for the approval email to squad only on staff squad. Staff will be placed on a squad before match day. DO NOT SQUAD YOURSELF. If you have a request to be on a certain squad, let me know and I will do my best to accommodate, BUT remember this might not always be possible. Once squadded, please don't move.

Match set up is always appreciated. Set up takes place the day before. Help set: one hour or less, get $5.00 refund. Help set up at least two hours, get $10.00 refund. Help set up at least three hours, get $15.00 refund. Help set up four hours or more, get match fee refund.

Set up - 9a.m., Saturday Oct. 24.

This match - eight (8) squads.
Stages - at least two classifiers with the rest being field stages.

Match day

-Check-in between 7:00a.m. to 8:15a.m. down range by brown shed/baby bay - Staff walk through will be @ 8:00a.m. if we have one. Staff look for notification regarding this a few days before match day. - Safety briefing at 8:30a.m. down range by brown shed/Baby Bay.

End of season prize drawings and give away at safety brief.
