We’re excited to host a friendly match at Free State Gun Range Practical Shooters USPSA Level 1 Match — a competition designed for shooters of all experience levels. Whether you're newer to dynamic shooting or a seasoned competitor, this event offers a fun, safe, and supportive environment to challenge yourself and connect with our shooting community.

Check-in starts at 7:15 AM. Match safety brief starts at 7:45 AM. Hammer down is 8 AM.

Matches will be held downrange after normal range hours.

Holster Guidelines

Shooters certified to draw from a holster may compete from the holster. Shooters not certified will begin each stage with their firearm on a table or as instructed in the stage brief. If you have competed in a sanctioned match within the last year, you will be able to draw from the holster.

Payments should be made online as soon as you are approved to guarantee your spot. Registration fees will only be refunded (minus a $5 service charge) if the shooter withdraws at least 24 hours before the start of the match. There is no refund for withdrawals inside 24 hours before the match or no-shows.
