Please note that this classifier is intended for shooters who wish to compete in IDPA major matches and need to shoot the classifier for that purpose. We kindly ask that you register only if that applies to you, and that you not treat it as a casual opportunity for extra shooting after the DSF monthly match.

Defensive shooters fellowship of west broward, inc. Release and hold harmless agreement

In consideration for participating in club activity sponsored or organized by the Defensive Shooters Fellowship of West Broward, Inc., the participant HEREBY AGREES TO WAIVE, RELEASE, DISCHARGE, AND HOLD HARMLESS the Defensive Shooters Fellowship of West Broward. Inc. from any and all claims for damages for death, personal injury, or property damage which they may have or which they may have hereafter accrue as a result of participation in any Defensive Shooters Fellowship of West Broward, Inc. program or related activity and events including, but not limited to unorganized practice, organized practice, training and instruction and organized shooting events.

By agreeing to this Release and Hold Harmless Agreement, the participant recognizes that the sport of rifle, pistol, and shotgun shooting or related activities present certain inherent dangers that cannot be eliminated even by the exercise of reasonable care. As such, the participant hereby expressly assumes the risk that is inherent to the sport of rifle, pistol, and shotgun shooting.
