If you have already travelled to the continental USA you can fly over to Puerto Rico without going through immigration again. If you are flying directly from another country you’ll have to go through US Immigration and Customs when you arrive. Please, if you are a not a resident of Puerto Rico, you must submit the documents required to obtain your permits to travel to Puerto Rico with firearms as soon as possible.
