Practice Day & Office Hours is designed for shooters looking to build momentum, refine their skills, and gain clarity in their training. Whether you're new to performance shooting, working through a plateau, or aiming to improve match performance, this session provides a structured environment to assess and develop your abilities.

This class blends guided practice with coaching to help identify inefficiencies and introduce actionable solutions. Through a combination of stage runs, focused drills, and targeted instruction, students will receive both group-based learning and individualized feedback. The goal is to provide direction, reinforce fundamentals, and help each shooter leave with a clearer path forward.

The specific skills covered will be tailored to the group based on pre-class input and real-time observations throughout the session.

Subjects

Stage runs: applying skills under pressure and identifying breakdowns

Diagnostics: identifying inefficiencies in performance and decision-making

Fundamentals refinement: grip, vision, and trigger control under live conditions

Movement and positioning: navigating stages efficiently and effectively

Training strategy: how to structure practice for continued improvement

Coaching feedback: individualized input based on observed performance

Problem solving: adapting to challenges and correcting errors in real time

Equipment Recommendations

Pistol and/or rifle, magazines

Belt with holster and magazine pouches

Ear protection and eye protection

Ammunition

Minimum: 200 rounds

Suggested: 300 rounds
