High Performance Shooting Class
This is a performance-focused class designed to be equal parts diagnostic, instruction, and learning how to train effectively.
Regardless of your current skill level, the goal is for you to leave the class with a clear understanding of where your performance stands, what is limiting your progress, and how to structure your training to reach the next level.
Students will work through a variety of dry- and live-fire drills, along with stages and stage-style exercises that will be shot multiple times. A hallmark of High Performance Shooting classes is a strong emphasis on movement and the practical application of shooting mechanics in realistic scenarios.
The class combines challenging scenario-based drills with substantial work on core fundamentals. Particular emphasis is placed on learning how to conduct productive live-fire practice sessions, accurately gather and evaluate performance data, and use that information to build an effective individual training program.
