Hartford Gun Club

Maintaining the highest standards in facilities and instruction to foster a community of skilled marksmen.

Uncompromising commitment to safety protocols and education for all members and guests.

Building a welcoming environment for families, competitors, and recreational shooters alike.

The Hartford Gun Club is situated on more than one hundred thirty acres of land in East Granby & Windsor, Connecticut. We enjoy a reputation as New England's premier shooting sports organization. The club is the home of the Hartford Rifle Club (founded in 1864) and is the descendant of Samuel Colt's Hammerless Pistol Club.

What began as a simple, single-venue club has evolved into a well-established leader in the world of Trap, Skeet, Five-Stand, FITASC, pistol and rifle sports as well as action pits.

“ I have enjoyed being a member of the Hartford Gun Club since 1978. I am honored to be your President and will always serve to safeguard and protect the legacy of the Hartford Gun Club. Please let us know how we can better serve you with any comments or suggestions. ” — Gregory J. Maglieri, President
