DEFCON Tactical Fitness is a Central Florida community dedicated to

safe, fun, and professionally-run events. We run monthly TACFIT events

and monthly two-gun matches that blend functional fitness with

practical firearm application. Both event types are challenging, but

most fitness lives in a gym. most shooting lives on a static range.

preparedness lives in the gap between them, moving, thinking, and

performing under physical stress. that gap is where DEFCON happens.

crossfitter who's always wanted to try, the firefighter who brings

the whole crew, and the shooter who wants to find out what their

accountability and sound decisions, so you can push hard and stay

learning beats ranking. confidence beats clout. we want you walking

away more capable than you showed up, and already planning the next

every stage, rule set, and briefing is built around safe gun handling and accountability. our events are run by NRA certified instructors and range officers. non-negotiable.
