Cuero Sportsman Club - Pistol Matches
The Cuero Sportsman Club (formerly Cuero Gun Club) hosts pistol, .22 rimfire rifle and shotgun matches and provides pistol, rifle, archery and shotgun ranges for members and guests to use 7 days a week. We are a NRA affiliate club, and our Range Rules are derived from their recommendations. We are also certified with the National Wildlife Foundation as a Wildlife Habitat. The Fourth Saturday Pistol matches are scheduled every month and are designed to be a friendly, competitive event for pistol shooters. Basic safe pistol handling skills are required. WE ARE NOT A USPSA SANCTIONED CLUB; HOWEVER, WE DO USE SIMILAR SCORING (HIT FACTOR) AND PENALTIES IN OUR LOCAL CLUB MATCHES. We also host .22LR matches that are open to members and non-members.
