Buffalo Creek Gun Club

Buffalo Creek Gun Club (BCGC) is a member-run 501(c)(3) nonprofit Colorado organization dedicated to advancing firearms education and responsible shooting. Each year, we serve thousands of public shooters, match competitors, and members, fostering a culture built on safety, skill development, and respect. Located at 8,100 feet in elevation, our 47-acre mountain range offers a premier shooting experience surrounded by Colorado's natural beauty.

Our short range features covered shooting benches with dedicated berms at 25, 50, and 100 yards. Fixed target backer systems are positioned at 7, 15, 20, 50, and 100 yards, providing flexible options for training, sight-in, and practical marksmanship development

Our long range includes 15 dedicated lanes and shooting positions at 200, 300, and 600 yards, built to NRA/CMP target frame standards — ideal for precision practice and competitive disciplines.

BCGC is a remote facility. Cellular service is limited, and once contacted, emergency services may take up to 40 minutes to arrive. Safety is our highest priority — all shooters access and use the range at their own risk.
